Our u16s Division 2 League game v Roscommon Gaels on Friday
last was postponed due to the weather. However, our u16 game away to
Strokestown went ahead on Sunday morning in heavy underfoot conditions on their
second pitch. In what was a competitive game, we went in 3 points down at half
time. Despite 2 excellent goals in the second half from our captain Antonio
Chilton and Colin Burke, the home side scored a number of well taken points to
win the game in the end. Well done and hard luck to the lads. Panel S O
