Update 22/10/17

It's official ! St. Michael's GAA, Roscommon has won the Connacht prize of a top of the range electronic scoreboard in the Eirgrid GAA Moments in Time competition. Thanks to the people who made a trojan effort in promoting this venture which drew a massive goodwill response from near and far. This outpouring of support for our rural club fills one with pride and a sense of community. Thanks to each and everyone who supported us and voted for our photograph which attracted in excess of 1,500 votes. Appreciation to the local media, The Roscommon Herald, The Leitrim Observer and RosFM for their coverage. Our photograph commemorated 75 years of St. Michael's GAA club and it was only fitting that we included our children who after all are the future of our club. Capturing that photograph was truly a 'Moment in Time' in the history of our club. This is a great prize which will further enhance our facilities at Ardcarne Park and great respect goes to Eirgrid GAA for their sponsorship.

The St. Michael's/St. Ronan's minor boys will play St. Croan's in the division 4 championship final on Friday 27th October in Ballyforan at 8pm. Best of luck lads.
After falling victim to the weekend weather the under 14 girls final against Strokestown has been refixed for Sunday 5th November. The minor girls matches also lost out to the weather and will be refixed in due course.

Unwanted clothes and shoes collection continues, bags may be left at the Complex.

Preparations are now at an advanced stage for the launch of the 2017 St. Michael's GAA club Fuel draw.
